We take great pride in the design of our beautifully landscaped garden park which is easily accessed from most of our lots. Enjoy an afternoon stroll in your own private park with benches and tables where family and friends can gather to relax and dream or play with their grandchildren. The minimum living area of our patio homes is 1,800 square feet and available are several house plans tailored to fit the lots nicely.

Our homeowners association provides lawn service for the common areas and front yards along with maintaining the private streets. Many of our homeowners are retired and enjoy the real sense of community that is a part of Copeland Woods.
